Dave Rinaldo is Chief Operating Officer of ALDI U.S., where he oversees marketing strategies and operations across the company's stores and distribution network. He assumed the role in 2020 after more than 20 years with ALDI.
Rinaldo began his career with ALDI as a District Manager and has held a variety of leadership positions across the organization, including serving as President of ALDI Australia. He also played a key role in supporting the company's expansion in the Southeastern United States, including helping launch the first ALDI stores in Florida in 2008.
In addition to overseeing operations, Rinaldo leads several partnerships with organizations including Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF), where he serves on the advisory council. The company's community service efforts were recognized with Progressive Grocer's 2023 Impact Award in the Community Service/Local Impact category. Rinaldo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Michigan State University.
