Courtney O’Connor joined J.Jill in June 2025 as Senior Vice President, Chief Merchandising Officer. Prior to joining J.Jill, Ms. O’Connor served as Chief Merchandising Officer at Club Monaco, where she oversaw the brand’s merchant-led product strategy. She previously held senior leadership roles at Public Clothing Company and Ralph Lauren, as well as merchandising and buying roles at J.Crew, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bergdorf Goodman and Neiman Marcus, where she began her career in the company’s storied executive development program. Ms. O’Connor holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
