VisionR

VisionR uses computer vision and AI to show retailers what really happens in their stores, and what to do about it.

Online retailers know every click. Physical stores, where most retail sales still happen, are largely run on footfall counts and instinct. VisionR closes that gap by measuring the full shopper journey, from entrance to browsing, dwell, queue and till, and matching it to sales data. No images are stored, and stores go live the day they are fitted.

For head office, we show how layout, range, space and staffing affect sales across the estate, so category and operations teams can see what a change is worth before rolling it out. Patrick, our retail AI, lets them ask questions in plain English and get answers from live data. In store, real-time alerts flag queues and empty shelves so staff can act in minutes. Our analysts work alongside retail teams to turn findings into changes and measure the results.

Founded in Dublin in 2017, VisionR measures around 200 million shoppers a month for retailers including WHSmith, IKEA, Diesel, Diageo and Harvey Norman across the UK, Europe and the US.
