Billy Bennett is the Director of Retail Data Analytics for Journeys where he and his Sales Analytics team oversee labor budgeting, forecasting, and optimization for over 1,000 stores across North America. The core focus of the Sales Analytics team is optimizing scheduling across all Journeys stores to drive conversion, productivity and to deliver the optimal Journeys experience to each customer.

Billy has served in this role for just over a decade of his total 25 years with Journeys. Prior to this role, Billy was a member of the Operations team and oversaw multiple enterprise level rollouts including Traffic Counters, POS Software Upgrades, and Workforce Management. Billy spent the first part of his career in the field, running several Journeys stores across Southern California before joining the Home Office in Nashville, TN in 2012.
