Tom leads technology strategy for TWM, the largest independent U.S. retailer of fine wine, beer, and spirits with 260+ stores. Since joining in 2017, Tom has driven major technology transformations, including award winning customer facing technology, in store systems, supply chain and merchandising systems and advanced data science and analytics capabilities which are setting the foundation for further AI driven improvements.
Tom brings 20+ years of omni-channel tech experience from LVMH, Destination Maternity, Ascena, and Gap. He holds an Engineering degree from DeVry University. Outside work, Tom enjoys his workshop, time with his wife Jan, three adult children, grandkids, and three golden retrievers.
