CEO and Co-Founder
Tina Sharkey is the co-founder and CEO of Brandless, a new company that makes better everyday essentials at fairer prices: non-GMO food, clean beauty, non-toxic cleaners and home goods, all for just $3. As an entrepreneur, investor, and advisor, Tina has dedicated over 20 + years to creating and building purposeful communities, brands, and experiences with soul.

Tina was previously a Venture Partner at Sherpa Capital, and was the CEO of Sherpa Foundry. Prior to Sherpa, she was Chairman and Global President of BabyCenter, a Johnson and Johnson company. She led AOL’s network programming, social media, and messaging businesses. Before AOL, Tina co-founded iVillage, built Sesame Street Online, and helped create a new home shopping channel for QVC.

Throughout this all, Tina has served as an active advisor to a wealth of companies including NewCo, Greenhouse, Pinrose, and The Information as well as WE Charities and the United Nations Foundation. She currently sits on the Board of Directors of Brandless, ipsy and Brit + Co, and is a Henry Crown Fellow and Mentor at the Aspen Institute. Tina is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and lives in Northern California with her two sons.
