Steve Salata has been at Comcast for 10 years and currently serves as the VP/GM of MachineQ and Notion. Steve helped build the very successful Net Promoter System (NPS) program for Comcast and led piloting, deploying and operating of this new way of working for all employees in the Cable Division. This work catalyzed a CX Revolution resulting in 18+ points of NPS improvement in 3 years - which helped to significantly enhance Comcast's brand and earn increased customer loyalty. Steve also served in various CX Field Operations leadership roles helping to implement new product and operational initiatives, and he was an original pioneer of the Xfinity Home business from ideation to development to operating at scale. He was introduced to Comcast via New Businesses work leading consulting teams here for PriceWaterhouseCoopers and prior to that he spent 10 years serving our country in National Intelligence and the U.S. Military.

He received his MBA at American University in Washington, DC and his BS at the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. Steve was born in Newport Beach, CA and currently resides in Devon, PA with his wife Niki and his kids Lucy (10) and Alex (8). Steve loves to run and swim, and he enjoys coaching girls basketball and having fun with family in his free-time.
