Shivi Shankaran is a seasoned technology and operations veteran with extensive experience in the ecommerce space. Prior to joining Saks OFF 5TH in 2021, Shivi spent nearly 15 years at Amazon in a variety of global operations roles focused on enhancing the complete customer journey, including building Amazon’s global reverse logistics system. He has been involved in every aspect of ecommerce and supply chain with the strategic goal of scaling an organization through technological and operational advancements that elevate the overall shopping experience.
