Shannan Hanson is Director, Customer Success at Zebra Prescriptive Analytics. As the head of the Customer Success team, Shannan is committed to empowering customers and driving successful outcomes through Zebra Prescriptive Analytics’ “Customers First” initiative.
Shannan brings to Zebra Prescriptive Analytics more than two decades of experience across sales, people management, leadership, and coaching. One of her top priorities is helping customers align their business and IT objectives; two functions whose needs are frequently disconnected but which she is skilled in aligning and fulfilling. Career highlights include building, growing, and leading customer success teams and programs at two international technology organizations: IT solutions provider Compuware and cybersecurity firm Cloudlock (now part of Cisco). These opportunities helped her develop many critical skills, including relationship building, crisis management, risk assessment and mitigation, product management, and continuous value generation. Today she uses this unique and varied skillset to ensure her customers are consistently satisfied, well-informed, and realizing maximum value with prescriptive analytics.
