With over 20 years of experience in supply chain and distribution, Robert is a collaborative, forward-thinking leader known for building strong teams, simplifying complex operations, and driving meaningful improvement. Currently the Vice President of Distribution at Rona, he oversees a national network, leads major operational and optimization initiatives, and works closely with senior leadership to shape the company’s supply chain strategy.

 

Before joining Rona, he spent more than two decades with Canadian Tire Corporation, where he held several senior roles including Vice President of Supply Chain for Sport Chek and Mark’s. Throughout his career, he has led transformative projects—from large-scale facility builds to e-commerce growth initiatives—and recognized for innovation and leadership.

 

He holds an MBA from Athabasca University and is an honorary member of Supply Chain Canada’s Alberta Institute.

 

Outside of work, he’s a dedicated community volunteer and serves as a board member in the freestyle ski communities. He and his wife, Dineen, along with their two kids, Taryn and Carter, spend much of their time exploring the Rocky Mountains. He’s passionate about skiing, mountain biking, and golfing, and believes deeply in balancing high performance at work with adventure, family, and time outdoors.
