Scherer is responsible for managing the entire Melissa operation. This includes the multiple sales channel in both the Domestic market (Brazil) and International markets, Marketing and Communication, Exclusive Retails, E-commerce, Portfolio and Product Management and employee management.
Scherer formation started in Fashion followed by a Marketing MBA and a post graduation from Marangoni Institute in Milan, Italy added to her 17 years experience in the fields. From her time at the Kellogg Executive Education in the USA, she improved her knowledge on brand management and positioning, portfolio strategies, digital marketing and globalization. She also has a degree in Negotiation and Finance from the Insper Business School, in Sao Paolo.
Scherer has been working for Melissa since 2002 and as well as leading various initiatives in the company, was one of those responsible for the consolidation and globalization of the brand over the past few years.
