Senior Director of Returns CX and Analysis
Patrick “Pat” Murphy currently serves as the Senior Director of Returns CX and Analysis for Walmart’s End to End Organization. In this role, Pat has responsibility for the consumer returns experience across all touchpoints while also driving analysis and improvement designs with the customer in mind.

Prior to moving over to Walmart, Pat was the Head of Customer Growth and Retention at where he focused on creating meaningful relations with customers to ensure long-term loyalty and satisfaction. Pat was also Head of Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Data Science at Toys R Us.

Pat has received his MBA from the Stern Business School at NYU as well as his bachelor’s degree in finance from Fairfield University. He lives with his family out in Cranford, NJ where he mainly shuttles his kids to sports and activities, but enjoys traveling and playing sports himself when he can get the chance!
