Oscar Mullin is Senior Vice President of Technology at Mercado Libre, where he has spent the past decade. He leads core technology across AI, Models, Agents, Data, Analytics, Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud Services, Platforms, and Internal Tooling.
Before joining Mercado Libre, Oscar worked on local, regional, and global projects for companies including American Express, Zurich Insurance, Costar, Spigit, among others. His experience also spans the public sector, where he led Infrastructure, Operations, and Software Engineering within the Technology Division of Uruguay's Defense Intelligence Agency (formerly DINACIE, now DIE). He was also an instructor in Software Architecture and Software Quality at the Technology Laboratory of Uruguay (LATU).
