As Global Brand President for Timberland, Nina Flood is responsible for driving sustainable, long-term, profitable growth for Timberland while fostering an inspiring, inclusive culture and engaging consumers around the world. Nina leads a talented senior team in advancing the brand’s strategic priorities, including design innovation centered on crafted, weather-ready style; first-in-class marketing fueled by energy; and a consumer-led, digital-first approach with retail at the center. A member of parent company VF’s executive leadership team, Nina works closely with VF’s commercial leaders in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC to drive the global business from strategy to sell-through across Timberland and Timberland PRO.
Nina is a passionate leader with extensive experience in general management, brand marketing, and strategy—and a track record for delivering strong results. A 20-year VF veteran, she most recently served as Vice President/General Manager for Timberland EMEA. Prior to Timberland, she spent two years as President of the VF Global Packs portfolio, where she was instrumental in developing the portfolio approach, advancing strategic priorities for the brands and regions, and returning them to profitable growth. She began her career with VF in 2003 as VP Marketing & Strategy for Nautica, after spending 10 years at Guess, Inc. where she honed her brand building and team leadership skills.
Nina holds a B.A. in American Studies with a concentration in Minority Studies from Lafayette College in Pennsylvania. She is passionate about allyship and mentorship, and actively participates in VF Inclusion & Diversity initiatives. Nina’s love for the Timberland brand runs deep, from her early years in the Northeast of the US, where the iconic Yellow Boot was a staple in her home. Whether hiking a trail or exploring a new city, Nina loves spending time outdoors with friends, family, and her dog Whiskey.
