Nick oversees all aspects of Monro’s retail and commercial operations, including store performance, loss prevention, operations support, fleet and strategic accounts, and the company’s global call center. With a background in finance and operational leadership, Nick has played a key role in Monro’s transformation journey - driving process innovation, operational efficiency, and customer-centric service delivery.
Prior to joining Monro, Nick held transformation and finance roles at Xylem and Carestream, where Nick led cross-functional teams through periods of significant change. At Monro, Nick is focused on integrating AI and digital tools to empower frontline associates, streamline operations, and enhance the customer experience. Nick holds a degree in Business Administration and is committed to building high-performing teams that deliver sustainable growth.
