In recent years, Nicholas has focused on the Retail and Consumer industries including pricing, assortment localization, growth strategy, digital, go-to-market, consumer insights, and cost reduction topics. He has particular expertise leading pricing transformation efforts in multiple retail channels. He the Global Leader for Merchandising topics at BCG and a member of the Retail leadership team. His current work is at intersection of merchandising strategy with advanced analytics and digital technology solutions.
In the community, Nicholas serves on the Governing Board for Arena Stage, an organization devoted to American theater.
Nicholas holds a B.S. magna cum laude in Finance and Public Policy & Management from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with minors in Mathematics and French. He also studied at École de Management and Université de Lyon II in Lyon, France.
