Nancy Krawczyk has more than 20 years of consumer goods experience in marketing, sales and category management. As vice president of partner and member engagement, she leads NEW’s partnership and membership teams, which help drive gender diversity and grow business at NEW partner companies, while supporting NEW members’ personal, professional and business goals.

Krawczyk joined NEW in 2007 as the director of client services, working with network partners and regional groups to bring NEW’s mission to life. In March 2012, she was promoted to vice president of sales and marketing, leading a cross-functional team to relaunch the NEW brand. During her tenure, Krawczyk and her team have more than tripled NEW’s revenue.

She previously worked at Campbell Soup Company and McCormick & Company, where she built her cross expertise in brand management, new product development, sales, category management training and corporate communications.

A graduate of Boston College and Georgetown’s MBA program, Krawczyk is passionate about helping individuals achieve their best through leadership development and networking opportunities.
