Dr. Rapert is an Associate Professor in the Walton College of Business Department of Marketing. She also serves as the Director of the Walton College of Business Center for Teaching Effectiveness. Molly is a member of the UA Teaching Academy and teaches in the area of Marketing Management and Global Consumers, primarily courses for college seniors. She has won teaching awards at every level for her excellence in the classroom, including four awards at the Walton College and two university-wide teaching awards at the University of Arkansas. She was selected by the Marketing Management Association with their top national teaching award.
The Honors College at the University of Arkansas selected her as their inaugural recipient of the UA Honors College Distinguished Faculty Award and the Faculty Gold Model from the UA Office of Nationally Competitive Awards. She works in the areas of cause-marketing initiatives, corporate social responsibility, and teaching innovations in business, publishing in Journal of Business Research, Journal of Global Academy of Marketing Science, Journal of Managerial Issues among others. She collaborated with Andy Murray, Rod Thomas, Stephanie Thomas, and Brent Williams on white papers exploring the promise and reality of retail media networks.
Professor Rapert is a visiting professor with Cimba in Paderno del Grappa, Italy where she has taught in their undergraduate and graduate programs for 24 years.
