With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, he has been instrumental in driving large-scale technology transformations across various major restaurant brands.

Prior to Denny’s Corporation, Minh served as Chief Information Officer at Checkers & Rally’s where he helped pioneer AI voice ordering in drive-thrus across the US. He also held leadership roles at Corner Bakery Café, Romano’s Macaroni Grill, and Darden Restaurants.
