Mike Murphy leads business development and solution architecture for Amazon's Alexa+ and FireTV Channels, where he spearheads strategic partnerships leveraging Amazon’s generative AI and voice technology. Most recently, he secured groundbreaking integrations with industry leading organizations such as Uber, OpenTable, Ticketmaster, and Thumbtack for the landmark launch of Alexa+, which set the foundation for rapid expansion.

Throughout his tenure at Amazon since 2015, Mike has consistently built businesses from inception to market leadership. He launched Prime Video Channels and Live Sports through strategic content partnerships, established Alexa Smart Properties with major hospitality brands including Marriott and Hilton, and secured pioneering advertising inventory deals with Spotify, iHeartRadio, and SiriusXM/Pandora. His expertise spans Entertainment, News, Food, Video, Games, and Sports domains.

Before Amazon, Mike spent nearly 15 years at Intel Corporation, where he founded Intel Insider, a hardware-based content protection program, and Intel Identity Protection Technology, now integrated into over 1 billion devices worldwide. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Southern California and is based in Austin, Texas.
