Michelle Carter leads Mastercard’s Data & Services Global Retail practice. In this role, Michelle leads Mastercard’s commercial efforts, thought leadership and product strategy for Retail, helping to advance the data analytics agenda. Michelle has been at Mastercard for the past 5 years and came to Mastercard via its acquisition of Applied Predictive Technologies (APT), the premier Test & Learn software analytics vendor. Michelle was at APT for the prior eleven years in various senior sales positions partnering with numerous Retailers and Consumer Products companies.
