With over two decades of professional experience, Michelle's leadership journey encompasses a diverse spectrum of business practices, across technology, Human Resources, distribution, retail operations, and portfolio management. Before joining AutoZone, she held pivotal leadership roles within several Fortune 500 companies. Her educational foundation includes a Master of Arts in Organizational Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a strong emphasis on Human Resource Management and Economics.
Michelle's prowess as a Chief Information Officer has earned her national recognition, with two nominations for the CIO of the Year ORBIE Award. Her commitment to community engagement is equally noteworthy, as she takes pride in her role as AutoZone's Business Resource Groups Executive Sponsor for AutoZone Women in Technology, AutoZone LGBTQ+, and AutoZone NextGen. She is actively involved on the Inspire Tennessee CIO Board and serves on the AT&T Executive Client Advisory Council, as well as, advisory boards for several technology companies. Her dedication to community betterment is further demonstrated through her position on the board of trustees for Church Health.
