As Vice President, Brand Development at Shiseido Americas, Melody leads strategic projects with a brand development and marketing focus. Her remit is comprehensive, and stretches across the entire marketing mix, from positioning to product, and distribution to communications.

Prior to joining Shiseido in 2018, Melody spent six years at Cadillac, first as the global brand marketing director and then as the head of the American luxury car brand’s category-first subscription service, BOOK by Cadillac.
