Matt Kramer is the National Sector Leader (NSL), Consumer and Retail (C&R) for KPMG US. Matt is responsible for the strategic direction, growth, brand building and thought leadership for the Consumer & Retail sector which includes many of the world’s largest companies. Matt focuses on helping companies solve complex and global business challenges leveraging the depth of KPMG’s resources in consulting, deal advisory and strategy, tax and audit. Matt also serves as a lead account partner and account executive within C&R.

Matt also served as the National Advisory, Risk Consulting Industry leader for the consumer and retail sector, where he coordinated national teams in responding to client needs in corporate governance, enterprise risk, internal controls, technology risk and internal audit.

Matt was previously the regional Market Hub Managing Partner for Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky where he served clients across multiple industries both globally and domestically. Matt has led KPMG’s Board Leadership Center Directors’ Roundtable and frequently attends Audit Committees and Board Meetings as an advisor.
