Mark oversees all day-day operations of GameStop’s nearly 4000 domestic locations; including labor planning and allocations, driving associate productivity through innovative task simplification processes, curating content for GSO (GameStop Online), elevating guest engagement/NPS, increasing employee engagement through strategic recognition/incentive programs, and budget/expense management of 400 multi-unit leaders. He’s also responsible for the internal (Employee Support) and external (Guest Care) call centers, ThinkGeek branded stores and all new business concepts/ventures. Mark is a 15-year veteran at GameStop, holding various positions from District Manager, Director of HR and now VP U.S. Operations.
