As Senior Vice President of Parks Product Development & Retail, Lisa Baldzicki leads the teams responsible for strategic innovation and business development, product design, merchandising, sourcing & supply chain, planning, and retail design & development for U.S. Parks and Disney Signature Experiences (DSE) retail businesses. This organization uses future-focused and data-driven strategies to anticipate customer trends and develop innovative retail initiatives and products.
Lisa most recently served as Chief Merchandising Officer at Starboard Cruise Services, where she managed Starboard’s corporate merchandising strategies and initiatives.
Previously at The Walt Disney Company, Lisa served as Vice President of Merchandise Strategy, Product Development, Planning & Allocation. Her role encompassed strategic and creative oversight of all products at retail in the Disney Parks and DSE businesses.
Before joining The Walt Disney Company, Lisa served as the Vice President of Merchandising at Victoria’s Secret. Lisa also held various senior leadership MP&D roles within Victoria’s Secret, as well as VF Corporation, and Apparel Sourcing, Inc.
Lisa earned her bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design and Merchandising from O’More College of Design in Franklin, Tennessee, where she also served as adjunct professor.
