In 2012 Leslie spearheaded the reimagination of “industry bible” The TOBE Report into a consumer, culture & creative think tank decoding consumer sentiment and sociocultural influences for consumer-facing businesses in the fashion, beauty, entertainment, real estate, finance, hospitality and food & beverage industries.

Joining TOBE’s parent company, The Doneger Group, in 1998 with 10 years-experience in product development, merchandising and trend analysis at specialty retailer Talbots, Leslie transformed TOBE into a spot-on projection of consumer values, commercial opportunity and marketing and messaging relevancy. She speaks regularly at conferences and corporate events, providing a fresh voice, thought-provoking topics and a thoroughly entertaining style.

Out of the office, Leslie lends her industry passion to the Parsons School of Design, where she sits on the Board of Governors, and as a member of the Advisory Board for Luxury Institute’s Retail Performance Academy. She holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Art History from the University of Virginia.
