Kristi is currently the VP of Beauty at Firework and leading the beauty team to integrate video commerce with some of the biggest beauty brands, including L’Oreal, Unilever and COTY. Before joining Firework, Kristi spent 8 years at Perfect Corp (PERF), the global leader in virtual try-on solutions. From the first employee in the US to going public in 2022, Kristi was able to work with beauty giants such as Estee Lauder, ULTA and MAC Cosmetics to deliver consumer engagement solutions to supercharge conversion.

Kristi has her undergraduate degree from Indiana University and her MBA from the prestigious ESSEC Business School in Paris, France. She currently lives in Jacksonville Beach, FL.
