Kristen D’Arcy was named True Religion’s first-ever CMO in 2023 and her success in helping drive the growth of the brand’s digital business earned her a promotion to CMO and Head of Digital in 2025 and she now also oversees True Religion’s e-commerce business. Celebrated for her innovative and disruptive approach to marketing, D’Arcy has been honored by Ad Age as one of the “Best Marketers Under 40” and a “Top Digital Marketer” and was named one of Business Insider’s “Top 25 Most Innovative CMOs” in 2025.

At True Religion, D’Arcy has driven double-digit growth and resurgent consumer engagement through dynamic global campaigns that blend fashion, sports, music and culture. She’s forged partnerships with the NFL and NBA and spearheaded activations at the Super Bowl, NBA All-Star Game and Coachella. In addition, some of the music industry’s biggest names have starred in her groundbreaking campaigns. D’Arcy started her career at Tribal DDB and R/GA and has held senior brand positions at Ralph Lauren, Oscar de la Renta, Coty, and AEO.
