As vice president of technology for stores, Kiran Ramaraju is responsible for building, deploying, and supporting technology solutions and experiences to U.S. stores that support post-sale as well as associate specific solutions like mobile apps that drive productivity. He also oversees the technology implementations for the contact center. Kiran joined Lowe’s in 2020.
Kiran has over 20 years of technology experience. Prior to joining Lowe’s, he served as vice president at Kohls overseeing connected experiences portfolio. Kiran was responsible for delivering exciting experiences and technology solutions both in stores and digital channels. Prior to that he has held various leadership roles in both the financial and retail industries.
Kiran earned his master’s degree in Micro Electronics Engineering from IIT BHU (Banaras Hindu University), India.
