Kelsey Paustis is the Director of E-Commerce for ADAY, a direct-to-consumer women’s clothing company building a minimalist wardrobe for maximalist joy. The company uses innovative, high-quality fabrics and chooses its suppliers for their support of people and the planet: from living wages to solar energy, energy efficiency, and more.

Kelsey is responsible for overseeing a best-in-class e-commerce experience and driving digital growth. She also has background in operations and retention marketing.

Kelsey is passionate about minimalism, planet earth, human connection + creating a beautiful future and the role ADAY as a brand plays when it comes to creating that very future.
