Keith Blankenship is a seasoned executive specializing in the convergence of enterprise software, data analytics, and the Retail Vertical. With a career spanning over two decades in B2B technology, he possesses a strong track record of building and transforming sales organizations, driving operational excellence, and delivering complex, strategic solutions to large enterprise accounts.
Currently serving as the Director of the North America Retail Vertical at Celonis (since August 2025), he empowers retail organizations to achieve improved process transparency and efficiency by systematically ingesting and analyzing transactional data, uncovering friction and excess cost, and providing prescriptive recommendations for flow improvement.
Prior to Celonis, he served as RVP Sales at MuleSoft, where he contributed to the company’s integration-focused growth strategy. His most significant leadership tenure includes over six years at Kibo Commerce, culminating as Vice President of Sales. At Kibo, he was instrumental in scaling sales for cloud commerce, order management, and personalization solutions.
Mr. Blankenship’s focus on operational excellence and market strategy was honed during his time as Vice President of Sales at Qmatic, where he transformed the go-to-market model by redefining market segmentation for greater vertical focus. His foundation in sales leadership was further developed at NCR Corporation, where he directed Inside Sales, accelerating the growth of the NCR Silver POS solution, and earlier at Radiant Systems Inc.
