Kalan Comba joined Workday in 2009 as one of the first 500 employees and has served as Chief Technology Officer for the Americas since 2023, a role in which he is responsible for building and communicating Workday’s technology vision and strategy with IT executives. Previous roles cover a broad technology and leadership disciplines including Professional Services Consultant, Global Solution Architect, Presales Manager, and Managing Partner. Prior to joining Workday, Kalan spent a decade at PeopleSoft with three additional years at Oracle after its hostile takeover. He holds a diploma in Micro Computer Service & Support from Mohawk College in Ontario, Canada.
