Jessica Cloutier serves as senior director of styling at Nordstrom. In this role, she leads the teams that support digital and in-store styling services. This ranges from low-touch experiences like Stylist Chat and Looks to high-touch experiences such as in-store styling appointments. All with the goal of serving our customers on their terms.
Jessica’s career with Nordstrom started in 2005 where she joined as an intern before moving into various store leadership roles including department manager, regional merchandise manager and store manager. Following those roles, she moved into the company’s merchandising group as a retail director for young adult, specialized and designer. While supporting the designer business Jessica drove a program to help scale personalized and curated customer experiences before moving into her current role.
Jessica has her Bachelor of Arts in rhetoric and media studies from Willamette University. She is married with two daughters and is on the Emerging Leaders Board of Directors for Make-A-Wish.
