Jess Jacobs is the Chief Executive Officer for Coterie. Jess joined the company in 2021, just 2 years after launch, and rose to Chief Brand Officer before her appointment to CEO in 2024.



Over the past four years, Jess has led the team responsible for elevating the brand, growing awareness, and deepening affinity with a loyal and engaged community. Jess's strategic vision has been instrumental in driving Coterie's growth and success, especially in the highly competitive diaper industry. Throughout her tenure, she has propelled Coterie into a leading position in the market, challenging the traditional dominance of established brands and reshaping the industry landscape.



Jess is a storytelling expert with 15 years of experience building premium brands and crafting inspiring content for some of the most iconic companies. Prior to Coterie, Jess was VP of Creative for Lola, an omnichannel feminine care brand with a clean, minimalist aesthetic. Before that, she spent many years as the Creative Director for a digital agency, leading the creative and strategic marketing work for her core clients: Nike, Apple, and Glossier.
