Jerome joined Walmart in April 2019 to lead the International strategy team supporting the Segment Leadership Team with the crafting and implementation of portfolio level initiatives to leverage the “Power of Walmart”.
In 2022, Jerome relocated to Mexico City to be the Head of Strategy, Transformation, and Mergers & Acquisitions for Walmart Mexico & Central America. In 2024, he took the role of Head of Sustainability for Walmart Inc., collaborating with others to drive positive impact across global supply chains, with a focus on climate, nature, waste and people to strengthened Walmart’s business and communities in measurable ways.
Prior to Walmart, Jerome held various operations, finance, business development, merchandising and marketing roles at Burger King / 3G Capital, American Express, the Embassy of France in the US, Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy, and 7-Eleven where Jerome was responsible for expanding 7-Eleven’s international footprint through Master Franchises, and leading the global operations team supporting 36,000+ stores across 18 countries and territories.
Jerome was born and raised in France, and holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Paris-Dauphine, and an MBA from U.C. Berkeley.
