Jeremy Graham is Vice President of Engineering for Athlete Technology at DICK’S Sporting Goods, where he leads the teams building the digital experiences that connect athletes with the products, services, and communities that fuel their passions.

With more than 20 years of experience in technology leadership, Jeremy has driven large-scale engineering and platform transformation initiatives across some of the world’s most recognized brands, including Starbucks, Nordstrom, and AT&T. His career has spanned retail, e-commerce, and customer engagement technologies, with a focus on scaling platforms that deliver seamless, data-driven experiences.

A former U.S. Air Force software engineer, Jeremy brings a unique blend of discipline, innovation, and people-centric leadership to his work. He is passionate about empowering teams to experiment, learn, and build solutions that strengthen connections between brands and their customers.
