With more than 20 years of experience in technology leadership, Jeremy has driven large-scale engineering and platform transformation initiatives across some of the world’s most recognized brands, including Starbucks, Nordstrom, and AT&T. His career has spanned retail, e-commerce, and customer engagement technologies, with a focus on scaling platforms that deliver seamless, data-driven experiences.
A former U.S. Air Force software engineer, Jeremy brings a unique blend of discipline, innovation, and people-centric leadership to his work. He is passionate about empowering teams to experiment, learn, and build solutions that strengthen connections between brands and their customers.
