Jennifer Chaffee is Sr. Manager Merchandising IT for Mattress Firm. In her role, she manages a technology portfolio of merchandising, retail, and supply chain planning solutions. Jennifer joined Mattress Firm with over 25 years of experience in retail planning bringing both technology and business management expertise and perspective to her roles.

She has led transformational programs for fortune 500 companies like Dollar Tree and Family Dollar Stores, T-Mobile and LBrands. Jennifer has held product roles in the Planning space with Oracle Retail and Predictix. Other retailers Jennifer has worked for include Macy’s, Belk, JCPenney, Talbots and Dollar Express. She loves the art of the possible and finding opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and business outcomes.

A graduate of Oregon State University in Merchandising Management, Jennifer lives outside of the Atlanta area. If you are ever on a video call with her most likely you will be joined by Mamie, her golden retriever. Jennifer spends her free time with her husband and two children cheering on both the UGA Bulldogs (Go Dawgs!) and the GA Tech Yellow Jackets!
