Jen Jones is the Chief Marketing Officer of commercetools, the leading digital commerce provider behind some of the largest and most innovative global brands such as Lululemon, Sephora, L.L. Bean, Audi, and Ulta. She oversees commercetools’ global brand, marketing, and corporate communications efforts.
Jen brings deep experience in leading enterprise-focused B2B software and building fresh, digital-native thinking organizations for tomorrow’s growth leaders. For over 20 years Jones has built and led multiple B2B software marketing organizations for both Fortune 500 companies and growing unicorn startups, including Dataminr and Cision.
Jen also serves on the MACH Alliance Executive Board, helping to guide the organization's mission of promoting modern, flexible, and composable technology ecosystems in order to shape the future of commerce.
Jen graduated from Smith College with a B.A. in Neuroscience, proud to be the first college graduate in her family. In her personal life, Jen resides on Long Island with her family and spends her free time as an avid equestrian, community volunteer, and lifelong learner.
