Heidi leads a cross functional group of product managers, designers, data scientists, researchers and engineers to develop technology-enabled experiments focused on improving the customer’s retail experience. The team partners with leaders across Old Navy, Gap, Athleta, Hill City and Banana Republic. Before joining Gap Inc., Heidi spent years at the design firm IDEO and management consultancy Kurt Salmon, leading work for Fortune 500 retail and beauty brands across the globe.
