Guilda Javaheri is the Chief Technology Officer, and founder of the Innovation and Digital Solutions center at Golden State Foods, one of the largest, diversified suppliers to the quick service restaurant industry, headquartered in Irvine, California. Guilda is responsible for setting strategy and overseeing all digital and technology aspects for the enterprise, which includes promoting business agility and creating differentiation strategies to advance businesses worldwide.

Previously, Guilda served as Vice President and Director for Xylem Inc., where she was responsible for defining and implementing effective technology solutions in direct support of worldwide operations and sales companies. During her assignment in Switzerland, she spearheaded the architecture, design and development of IT systems/landscape in support of the new European Legal Entity Restructuring transformation initiative.

During her tenure, she has traveled to and worked with various European and Asian organizations. In this process, she gained knowledge of different legal and cultural protocols, enabling her to be more effective in dealing with various environments while promoting breakthrough thinking. She has continuously explored opportunities to leverage innovation as a competitive advantage.

Guilda is an avid supporter of the GSF Foundation, whose mission is to improve the quality of life of children and families in need in the areas where GSF associates live and work through personal involvement and contributions. As an active member of the fundraising committee, she collaborates as a thought leader finding new and exciting ways to help those in need.

Guilda earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems and Management from London City University in London, graduating Cum Laude, and a Master of Business Administration in Operations Management and Finance from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. She currently resides in Orange County, California.
