Greg is an Advisor, Executive, Entrepreneur, and Board Member. His 25-year career spans health and wellness, three startups, and nearly a decade at Nike leading innovation and transformation. Today, he advises executives, boards, family offices, and professional athletes on growth, brand strategy, and building sustainable ventures.
At Nike, Greg led Digital Transformation reporting to the Board of Directors, driving growth and measurable impact across Product Creation, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Consumer Experience. He forged strategic partnerships, scaled innovation, and integrated emerging technologies to accelerate enterprise growth. Earlier, he led Strategic Partnerships and Corporate Development for Nike’s Advanced Innovation and Global Operations & Technology divisions—building new business models, negotiating IP transactions, and aligning technology and strategy to deliver value.
Greg serves on boards and advisory roles across technology, fashion, sports, and sustainability, including companies in software, robotics, and luxury commerce. He is a frequent speaker on leadership, innovation, and transformation, and mentors startups through Plug and Play Tech Center, Endeavor, and Stanford’s Latino Business Action Network. A passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, he champions the next generation of women and BIPOC leaders.
Before Nike, Greg co-founded and scaled ventures in clean energy, materials recycling, and sustainable fashion. He holds a B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland, an MBA from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, and an Executive Certificate from Stanford.
