I’ve been in the industry for 17 years, and my path has always centered around the intersection of technology, customer experience, and business strategy. I started out in more hands-on digital roles and gradually moved into leadership positions, always driven by curiosity and a desire to solve complex problems. Along the way, I’ve worked with amazing teams at companies like Deckers and Dentsu and now Crocs, where I’ve had the chance to grow, lead, and build at scale.
