Erin Chaney is the Senior Vice President of eCommerce at Adidas North America, where she leads strategy and operations for adidas.com, the Adidas App, and Confirmed across the U.S. and Canada. She oversees a global team spanning Portland, Toronto, and Bogotá, driving innovation in buying, merchandise planning, digital merchandising, customer experience, analytics, operations, and strategy.

A proud graduate of Howard University with a degree in Marketing, Erin began her career as a changemaker committed to elevating consumer experiences. Prior to joining Adidas, she held various roles at Victoria’s Secret in New York and Columbus, Ohio, where she shaped product creation, trend forecasting, and customer engagement strategies. Her career reflects a passion for understanding consumers and delivering digital experiences that resonate.

She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and the Portland Willamette Valley Chapter of Jack & Jill of America.

Erin lives in Portland, Oregon with her husband and two sons. She believes in the power of purpose, the importance of authenticity, and the impact of creating space for the next generation of leaders.
