Eric Buff has a background and is an expert in Retail Operations and Retail Strategy. Eric has worked for several major retailers; pharmacy and optical retail, craft, hardware, and furniture; and is a former instructor at LIM College where he taught Retail Innovation for several years. He currently works at Visonworks, on the corporate retail operations team. He is an avid podcast listener and plays the ukulele.
