Emily Silver currently serves as SVP, chief marketing & athlete experience officer at DICK’S Sporting Goods. In this role, Emily is responsible for the company's overall marketing strategy. She also leads the company’s cross-functional Athlete Experience efforts and the DICK’S Media Network.
Prior to joining DICK’S in April 2023, she spent 16 years at PepsiCo, most recently serving as SVP, portfolio marketing.
Emily earned her BA in political science and economics from Brandeis University and her MBA from Yale’s School of Management.
