With over 20 years of experience in the consumer, retail, apparel and footwear industries, Dayna Quanbeck currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Rothy’s, Inc., overseeing the deployment of growth capital at the fast-growing San Francisco-based company. In this role, Ms. Quanbeck manages all finance and accounting functions, as well as strategy, analytics, customer insights, international, technology and retail. She was pivotal in building the foundation for the sale of a large minority stake in 2021 that valued the Company at $1 billion.
Prior to joining Rothy’s, Ms. Quanbeck served as VP of Finance, CFO and later interim CEO of fashion brand Charlotte Russe, a large US based omni-channel fashion retailer with $900 million in annual revenue and 600 stores. Ms. Quanbeck also spent 7 years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the consumer & retail investment banking group. She is an active CPA in the State of California.
