Dan Lurie is the Head of Growth and Shopping Product at Pinterest. Based in San Francisco, Dan is responsible for leading the strategy and development of Pinterest’s consumer shopping experiences, including its tools and products for merchants, as well as the product catalog that enables the marketplace. Previously, Dan led the Growth team at Pinterest with a focus on scaling the global number of actively engaged Pinterest users and businesses on the platform.

Prior to Pinterest, Dan was an insights manager for sales solutions tools and programs at LinkedIn where he led a team of business analysts, program managers, and researchers. He also spent more than two years as a strategy and marketing consultant at Simon-Kucher & Partners. Dan is a graduate of Brown University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts Honors in urban studies and history of art and architecture.
