Well managed supply chains can drive significant cost-savings, generating additional value for the business. Across the supply chain, common themes have emerged, from the explosion of e-commerce to the need for real-time visibility, and ultimately a synchronized and resilient supply chain. Achieving that synchronization with its customer base and resiliency, however, can be a challenge, requiring broad coordination throughout the organization. In this session, NRF brings together leaders from top retailers who are responsible for supply chain, operations and technology functions across the enterprise. These leaders will discuss the importance of building relationships between IT, supply chain operations and finance, and how they are bonded by a common interest and aspirations in the areas of risk management, productivity, sustainability, and execution of process. This session is part of the NRF Supply Chain 360 Summit.Open to Retailers only. Pre-registration and separate fee required.
