The customer-obsessed apparel retailer is equally obsessed with their associates (their “internal customer” as they call them), and is constantly looking for ways to foster an evangelistic workforce that creates a steady flow of fresh talent - and a next-level experience that brings customers back, again and again. Join rue21’s Ann-Marie Clendenin, SVP Stores, Operations & Visual, and Karlyn Mattson, EVP and Chief Merchandising Officer, for a tactical discussion of how retailers can harness all the loyalty opportunities that drive the business outcomes they’re looking for.
